Dal 12 al 14 febbraio si è svolto a Fujairah la seconda tappa del campionato mondiale di Xcat.

In questa location particolare, tra oceano indiano, monti e deserto si sono sfidate le 16 imbarcazioni regalando forti emozioni, complici le condizioni meteo non proprio perfette.

Il nostro team di soccorso ha eseguito un unico intervento durante la gara del venerdì con un’imbarcazione che ha eseguito prima uno spin out poi un capside, prontamente soccorsi i piloti non hanno riportato nessuna conseguenza.

L’ingresso nel circuito della safety boat ha rimescolato le carte e a fine gara le prime 3 posizioni se le sono aggiudicare rispettivamente Fazza, Six e SkyDive Dubai.

Ora non ci resta che aspettare la prossima tappa del campionato mondiale che si svolgerà a Napoli dal 23 al 25 maggio!

In this fashinating Emirate, situated on the Gulf of Oman and mostly covered by desert and mountains, 16 boats have competed between each other and  with the weathers conditions, not really perfect for the pilots, but fantastic for public.

During the race on Friday the BSA team have had a rescue action on a boat that had a spin out and a capside: good news for the pilots that had no consequences from the accident. Due to this intervention, the Safety boat has been introduced on the circuit and this have revolutioned the rank: at the end 1st Fazza, 2nd Six and 3rd SkyDive Dubai.
